Smooth square kurinuki pot
Suitable for a small shohin or a shitakusa, this pot was carved from a single block of different colored clays (Kurinuki technique). The four corner feet are hollowed to visually lighten the overall shape. After firing at 1280°C, it was polished on the outside to enhance the marbled feel of the stoneware.
