This fabric-flap-shaped pot features eight curved edges. It was modeled from a slab of clay and then bent into shape. The grooves were then carved around the pot. Since it has no feet, instead being placed directly on the base, the wire support holes were replaced with ceramic rings inside the pot. The variegated glaze enhances its blue color thanks to the fusion with black stoneware and a very slow firing to allow the drips to form.
